Tax authorities blocked accounts of Gusein Gasanov's company due to debt under lawsuit
Tax authorities have once again cracked down on Gusein Gasanov, a blogger with millions of readers. In the past, social media stars selling success courses have been prosecuted for tax evasion. Now the agency has frozen his company's accounts.
As SPB.KP.RU managed to find out, we are talking about the company OOO Banda Foods. The corporation was registered in 2022 and is engaged in the food delivery business. A year ago, Guseyn Gasanov and his partners organized the delivery of "brutal and photogenic rolls" to Moscow. But the business never took off, and three months later everything closed.
Then the partners of "Delivery 24" filed a lawsuit against the blogger, claiming that Gasanov owed them 645 thousand rubles. Another partner, the company "Artplast", won another 99,327 rubles.
Currently, four criminal cases are being conducted against Gasanov's company for a total of 835 thousand rubles. However, the blogger was in no hurry to repay the debt. Therefore, on November 1, the Federal Tax Service blocked the company's activities.
Let me remind you. Gusein Gasanov himself was a malicious debtor. Bloggers are individual entrepreneurs who operate on the Internet and sell their process for achieving success. But he did not fulfill his duty to his country. In June, he had to pay 300 million rubles. Later, his personal accounts, cars and real estate were confiscated.
