In the Middle Urals, smoked sausage was stuffed with antibiotics
Yekaterinburg, October 18, FederalPress. In the Sverdlovsk region, antibiotics were found in sausages of local producers. This was reported by the press service of the Ural Interregional Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor.
Smoked meat products from a Sverdlovsk producer were sent to Moscow for analysis, where the presence of the antibiotic Loxacin was confirmed in laboratory conditions.
The offenders were sent a letter warning them that such behaviour would not be tolerated in the future and that action would be taken.
Let me remind you that in the Beloyarsky district of the Middle Urals, former employees of Rosselkhoznadzor discovered potentially dangerous meat that was sold by a local entrepreneur. The businessman did not have accompanying documents for the meat products.
