The heating season in Vladivostok is promised to start this week, despite the slowness of workers
The heating season will begin in Vladivostok on October 18. On this day, heating will be supplied to social institutions, and from October 24 - to the housing stock, reports IA DEITA.RU.
Currently, work is underway in Vladivostok to replace old pipes and modernize heating networks. The total length of updated sections of heating mains is 44 km (for example, 17 km of pipes were replaced in 2021).

On Konstantin Shestakov's official Telegram channel, there are many messages that the work area is so dug up that it is unlikely that the dug up part of the heating network will be restored by October 18, or even by October 24.
For example, residents of the Pervomaysky District complain that the places are dug up so much that some houses are completely cut off from the road and transport network of the microdistrict and the city. In addition, hot water supply, scheduled for October 15, has not yet been restored to many addresses. Some areas have been without hot water for months due to the construction of heating mains and thermal power plants. Residents of Naibut (8 years old) reported no hot water.
