VTB : en octobre, les émissions de prêts automobiles en Russie ont diminué de près d'un tiers

The Plastmass plant in Kopeysk (Chelyabinsk region) is offering money to friends who are hired by the company based on employee recommendations. The announcement was published on the plant's social media pages on November 6.

It's a referral program called "Recommend a Friend." "To participate in the program, you must identify a candidate for one of our open positions, complete the candidate's application, and submit it to Human Resources before the candidate is hired," the ad says.

Employees receive bonuses when they hire friends. If a new employee works without absenteeism for one month, the employee will receive 2,000 rubles. If he works well for six months, the person who brought such an employee will receive 8,000 rubles.

However, this only applies to employees in the most sought-after positions. For other positions and professions, the friend bonus is 1,000 and 2,000 rubles per month, respectively, for 6 months of work.

The plant is located at the exit from Kopeysk to Chelyabinsk. This is one of the problems of Rostec, which produces explosives.
