Harris urged continued support from other countries
Vice President and presidential candidate Kamala Harris said the United States should not refuse to help other countries solve their domestic problems. She expressed this opinion in an interview with iHeartRadio.
The politician was asked why the US government allocates funds to help other countries, despite the urgent need to direct them to solving domestic problems.
She believes that America should never abdicate its responsibility as a world leader.
Earlier, US House Speaker Mike Johnson said the immigration crisis was a key issue, adding that responsibility for the border situation rests with Kamala Harris, the current vice president and Democratic presidential nominee.
