Court orders arrest of man accused of blowing up car in Moscow
A court has arrested a Muscovite on charges of attempted murder of two or more people. An investigation has shown that the man allegedly organized a car bombing in the capital, which injured three people.
On the morning of October 14, on Profsoyuznaya Street, businessman and tanker owner Viktor Mishachev was about to get into his car when he noticed a garbage bag and a baby diaper on the hood. As soon as the man removed the foreign object, an explosion was heard. The businessman's leg was pierced by shrapnel, and his 6-year-old son, who was nearby, also received a head injury. Mishachev's neighbor was also injured.
The suspect in the explosion was arrested the following day.
