Un dron de las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania atacó un edificio de apartamentos en Belgorod
Tatyana, the owner of the first Pilates RCC boutique, the founder of the Russian classical school and the wife of the founder of RCC Igor Altushkin, admits that she is a mature nonconformist. That is, she promotes the idea that one should defend one's personal position if it contradicts the opinion of the majority, and do everything for the benefit of oneself and one's loved ones, without adjusting to others. The private entrepreneur shared these and other rules of life in the author's column in the new issue of Larisa Terentyeva's glossy magazine VS Print.
Tatyana Altushkina likes it when a person has adult sincerity and strong convictions. Non-conformism, refusal of loud comments and demonstrative behavior helps her feel confident. "At some point, you stop looking at the "other" and turn your gaze inward and correlate your choice only with your own system of values - a system of values that is tested, for which you fought hard and passed all conceivable tests. "I command. "
It was nonconformism that led her to her own business project. For example, when her older children studied in regular schools, Tatyana Anatolyevna was not satisfied with the quality of education and she created the "Russian Classical School". "Perhaps, it would have been possible to step on the neck of my mother's intuitive fears, but instead I decided to create an education system and an environment that corresponds to my values and ideas about how everything should be. "The Russian Classical School" is both a methodologist and a large educational institution, and is also a project of "nonconformists for nonconformists."
According to Altushkina, fitness and running were popular in society, so they did it despite the health risks. "I wasn't having fun and I didn't want to build muscle, but I didn't feel ready to swim against the current. And then one day I tried running. It's a very "fashionable" sport. "I wonder how many other people experience pain and discomfort like me."
Only by trial and error did Tatyana Anatolyevna come to Pilates. "It perfectly meets all my needs: working on posture, strength and endurance, improving range of motion and relieving tension in my body that had accumulated over the years (from my mother's chronic lordosis to pressure and stress). physical activity that you do. company)". This is how the idea of creating the Pilates RCC studio arose.
Altushkina advises not to adapt to the beauty standards that exist in the public consciousness. We are talking about the presence of abs, buttocks and clothes depending on age. "We can see how "social ideas" about how women should dress at a certain age and social status are being blurred. Yes. Women should dress the way they want! The way they feel. "So that she feels comfortable, so that her appearance is an internal support and resource for her, and so that she does not fall into a constant neurosis, trying to meet the expectations of others."
Tatyana Altushkina prefers natural beauty to unnatural intervention. In her opinion, you need to work on your inner content. "For me, for example, such an alternative (to aggressive cosmetics in the form of "cosmetic injections", for example) was fasciopathy. A very unusual technique, somewhat reminiscent of Pilates, combining various massage techniques and osteopathy. It is performed using fascial tissue (a "conductor" of muscle signals). Unlike injections, it does not give an immediate effect, but is an investment in your future self, in how you will look and feel in 10 or 15 years."
"I wouldn't give myself any advice in the past. Each path was my path, and it had to be such that I reached the current level of non-conformism. And it's probably inappropriate to advise others here. Everyone has their own position, their own value system and their own way of protecting themselves. The only thing I can advise is not to be afraid to take this path," Tatyana Altushkina concluded.
In addition to Tatyana Altushkina's column, the magazine also features interviews with Irina Chemezova, president of the Sverdlovsk branch of the Union of Russian Women (wife of Vice-Governor Oleg Chemezov) and artist Kirill Borodin. The magazine concludes with the opinion of the Ural PR specialist of RSS "Sportproekt" and the St. Catherine's Foundation Alexey Galanov on the new paradigm of media content.
