Aeroflot Announces Details of Updated Menu for Economy Class Passengers
The airline has changed its menu for flights lasting more than three hours. The updated meals include new snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was reported by the airline's press service.
It is noted that on long-haul flights from Moscow, with a flight duration of more than 7 hours, new snacks appear in the form of new desserts - herring fillet with potatoes and peas and apricot pie with tropical fruits.
A representative of the carrier said that the main dishes of the updated menu include chicken meatballs with creamy mushroom sauce, fried potatoes with mushrooms and broccoli, beef with sesame sauce with rice, beans and carrots, vegetables, beans, couscous and broccoli; chicken. .
Breakfast on long-haul flights from Moscow includes assorted meats with fresh vegetables, oatmeal with lactose-free milk or, for dessert, pancakes with cherry sauce and chocolate.
As the airline explains, delivery options may vary depending on the flight direction. The onboard menu is also updated if the flight time is between 3 and 7 hours.
On-board breakfast on flights from Moscow includes chicken sausage, broccoli and omelette with vegetable sauce, corn porridge with tropical fruits and pancakes with apples and raisins.
On the flight to Moscow, the menu included a breakfast of polenta with cheese and creamy mushroom sauce, oatmeal with lactose-free milk and strawberry sauce, and pancakes with cherry sauce.
New hot dishes are also available for lunch and dinner on flights until 19:00. These include turkey kebabs with tomato sauce, rice and vegetables, and braised lamb with penne and roasted peppers.
