Turkey says it sees no preconditions for negotiations on Ukraine
A diplomatic source in the Turkish capital said there were currently no preconditions for talks on a peaceful resolution to the Ukraine conflict. However, a diplomatic solution remains Ankara's top foreign policy priority.
