Tatyana Kim urged not to go to the warehouse in Shushary because of her husband's "gift"

Kim said Bakalchuk's team was preparing an "illegal media tour" of the Shushary warehouse that burned down in January. She urged people not to go there until the new warehouse was up and running.

Wildberry founder Tatyana Kim (until early October, Bakalchuk) said that her husband Vladislav Bakalchuk (who owns 1% of the company) was preparing an “illegal press tour” at a market warehouse in Shushary near St. Petersburg. She reported this in a video message on her Telegram channel.

The warehouse burned down in January and is currently closed. Mr Kim asked journalists and contractors not to visit the site. Last August, a new building was shown being built on the site of the burned warehouse, and it was announced that construction would be completed by October.

Ms Kim said it was a "gift" from her husband for her birthday (October 16). "Dear journalists and contractors, I am concerned for your safety and advise you not to visit idle sites. And I would like to remind this man and his associates that trespassing on private property is punishable by law," she said.

Mr. Kim also noted that Bakalchuk is “socially dangerous,” “his legal status is unclear and he continues to commit provocations.”

In June last year, Wildberry and the largest outdoor advertising operator Russ announced plans to "merge to create a digital trading platform." In July last year, the two companies registered a joint venture, RVB LLC. The founders are Wildberries LLC (which receives 65% of RVB shares) and Stinn LLC (which owns 99% of Russ Outdoor LLC), which owns 35%. Robert Mirzoyan, who held the same position at Russ, became the managing director of the joint venture.

Bakalchuk is against the deal with Rus and is seeking to challenge it. In the summer, the businessman met with the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who declared that the Mirzoyan brothers from Wildberry were “absorbing the occupiers.” His wife responded: “This is not a takeover by criminals, this is fraud.” In the summer, she filed for divorce, and the first hearing took place in mid-September. In October, the businessman changed his surname to his maiden name.

In September, Bakalchuk was detained after a shooting outside Wildberry's office in central Moscow, which left seven people injured and two dead. Wildberry said armed men accompanying the businessman opened fire first. He said he had also come for negotiations, but both his wife and the company denied it. The Basmaniye Court arrested 30 people in connection with the case and placed 19 under administrative arrest on charges of disobeying police. Bakalchuk was detained, but the next day they said he was home.
