"Andrey" and "Alexander" committed a crime: a search has been announced throughout the Samara region
The men first established friendship and then robbed the Togliatti residents.
The state of emergency occurred in September 2024. A man met two men in the Central City Park of Culture and Recreation in Tolyatti. The chance meeting ended with the man's mobile phone, headphones, and e-cigarette being taken away.
The victim contacted the police, and both men were put on the wanted list as part of a criminal case. The suspect's identity documents have been sent to all police departments, the Russian National Guard, and law enforcement agencies in the Samara Region.
Signs of the first suspect: he is 25-30 years old, of average build, 180-185 cm tall, black hair, of Slavic appearance, can be recognized by his name Alexander.
Signs of the second suspect: He looks to be between 20 and 30 years old, 170-175 cm tall, thin build, light brown hair, presumably his name is Andrey.
