Also in November, pensioners who turn 80 will have their pensions increased. When you turn 80 or older, the fixed amount of the old-age insurance pension doubles. The increase is 8,134 rubles 88 kopecks. This amount is increased by a local coefficient. For example, if the pensioner lives in the Far North and equivalent regions.
The increase is made without a request. For reference, the same amount will be paid to disabled people of the first group in November. It is worth noting the fact that if a disabled person of the first group turns 80, the increase will not be given for the second time. It was already assigned when Group I was created.

Assistants providing social support to disabled people of group 1 or elderly people in need of permanent or temporary support will be paid 24,053 rubles (the previous payment was 14,317 rubles).
Those who have completed special service and are entitled to an increased pension in November will also receive an increase. Additional payments for this are made, for example, to residents of the Far North or agricultural workers. This increase is not tied to any specific date. As soon as each specific recipient becomes entitled to an increase in their pension, they do so within a year.
— Increased payments will affect non-working pensioners who have been engaged in agriculture for at least 30 years. SFR increases the amount of old-age or disability insurance pensions due to higher additional payments. When determining the right to additional payment, agricultural work in a specific specialty is taken into account. Of these, about 500 specialties and positions are included in the special list. This includes, for example, such positions as machine operators, veterinarians, agricultural machinery repairmen, beekeepers, agronomists," explained the Russian Social Fund.
The funding also includes a certain period of work in rural areas, regardless of specialty or position. For example, any work performed on state farms or peasant farms before 1992.
