A new defendant named Ilkevich has appeared in the criminal case on the supply of low-quality bulletproof vests to the Russian Defense Ministry. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing court documents.
According to the investigation, the Piket group of companies appropriated funds after receiving state contracts for the supply of protective equipment from the Ministry of Defense. As a result, the military received at least 20,040 low-quality bulletproof vests.
