The chief accountant of the Ishim municipal housing and utilities service was found guilty of embezzling more than a million rubles from the budget. At the trial, the woman denied her guilt and claimed that she had been slandered. URA.RU learned about this through the united press service of the regional judicial system.
"Ksenia Kiseleva, chief accountant of the Municipal Institution "UZhKh of the City of Ishim", has repeatedly embezzled budget funds. In particular, she created false information about a civil-law contract and an act of rendering services, but the parties did not conclude the contract and the work under it was not performed. The woman covered up the money she received. The damage is estimated at 1,283,901 rubles," the press service reported.
The defendant himself did not admit his guilt at the trial. She insisted. That she had been slandered. The woman was sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
