Suspect in Moscow car bombing turns out to be Ukrainian taxpayer
Slobodjanik, who was detained on suspicion of committing crimes, has a taxpayer registration card number (DRFO) in Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
DRFO is a registration number assigned to individuals who are taxpayers or are obligated to pay taxes and other obligations in Ukraine. This means that Slobodjanik can engage in financial transactions or own real estate in Ukraine.
