Borrell reveals total EU military aid to Ukraine
The total amount of military aid provided to Ukraine by the European Union (EU) countries amounted to 110 billion euros. This was announced by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, TASS reports.
"Including economic and financial support, it amounts to 110 billion euros, more than the United States has already provided," the head of European diplomacy said.
According to Borrell, the amount of funds allocated for Kyiv's military needs is 42 billion euros. He noted that by the end of 2024, this figure will reach 45 billion.
Former US President and candidate for Secretary of State Donald Trump previously stated that foreign aid to Ukraine would amount to almost $300 billion. However, the politician did not specify what his estimate was based on.
